CDL SAS respects and protects your personal data.
The purpose of this document is to provide you with comprehensive practical information about how CDL SAS collects and processes personal data via our website. 1 – Definition

2 – Principles of the Data Protection Regulation
Three conditions must be met in order for this legislation to apply:
• Inclusion of information about a natural person, such as their name, address, date of birth, ID number, phone number, identifier, etc.
• Processing of that information in the form of its collection, use, recording, etc.
• Appearing in computer files (databases, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) or paper files.

3 – Information we collect
CDL SAS adheres to the obligations stemming from the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended on 6 August 2004, as well as from the European General Data Protection Regulation.
On our personal data protection forms, we indicate which data are or are not required. Any refusal to communicate required information will make it impossible to submit or process the request.

The main purposes of CDL SAS’s personal data collection via our website can be summarized as follows:

5 – Links to other websites
The fact that we allow our users to access other websites via hyperlinks on our website does not make us responsible for those other sites’ data practices.
